Dirigible is the same thing as Resolver, but it runs as a web application.

Look at Shaveet,it is the comet server we built in binfire.com using gevent.
It is simpler than hookbox,and lacks the admin that hookbox has.

SPARK? It's been a while since I've come across I project which uses that. I consider PLY to be the successor to SPARK.
